Guinness Premiership Competition terms and conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all customers of O2 UK who are UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of O2 (UK) Limited, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
2. The promotion runs between Friday 9 May and 4pm Friday 23 May 2008 and there is a chance to win one of two pairs of tickets to the Guinness Premiership Final taking place at Twickenham on Saturday 31 May 2008. To enter the draw for the promotion you need to correctly answer the question on the Guinness Premiership section of the O2 blueroom - o2.co.uk/rugby.
3. Only one entry per mobile number is allowed.
4. Each winner and his or her companion will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue and for any expenses incurred whilst taking the prize. Any additional terms specified by the venue will also apply. O2 will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of the event.
5. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on Friday 23 May 2008 by telephone. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period on that day, a supplementary winner may be drawn at O2's discretion and notified by telephone. O2 will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.
6. The names of the major winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to:

7. O2 reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, O2 reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
8. O2 accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
9. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
10. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
11. Tickets cannot be re-sold by retailers other than the official agents of the Guinness Premiership Club concerned. The winners must be responsible for ensuring that the tickets do not end up in the hands of unofficial vendors such as touts or on e-Bay; should this happen the winners will be liable for any action.
12. O2's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. This promotion is governed by English Law.
