O2 Fives. Your chance to shine in a world-class arena

The final Fives

On 16 May 2007, it all kicked off at Emirates Stadium. Thousands of you took a shot, only 16 scored. And some new names walked onto the hallowed pitch for the O2 Fives final.

They earned it. After impressing the judges (that’s you) with videos of some masterful keepy-uppy, our winners and their mates played a dream tournament in front of Arsenal legends, including Gunnersaurus.

In a day hosted by Bob Wilson, with coaching by Frank McLintock, Nigel Winterburn and Martin Keown, four teams progressed through the gruelling group stage to the tense semi-finals. And in the final match of Freelanders against Tottenham’s Finest, the latter emerged victorious with a 4-1 win.

You can share in the moment with footage from this unforgettable day. While our O2 Fives winners took home a framed photo of the Arsenal team signed by all the players, and a story they can tell for the rest of their lives.
